I would rather suggest you to soon find a job as a Microbiologist in a food product company or a pharmaceutical company because you are already 28 as you said and after couple of more years it would be difficult for you as a fresher to get a job even in the private sector. But with few years of woek experience you will be able to take a break for further education and still get a decent job. Please find below the admission requirements for the master in electrical engineering:

Hi Ankit First u decide on which platform u wanted to work and get urself certified and specialised as well. If ur C & C++ is very strong then u can go in Embedded System, Kernel Programming, System Programming, Device Driver Programming line. If u have good any of the programming language then u can choose application programming choose any one either JAVa or .NET for Application Programming . Apart form degree in automoble engineering it would be helpful to you if you join a car workshop (or make a habit of visiting mechanic shops) during your studies and spend at least 2 hours per day there learning the actual work directly and practically from the laymen mechanics the real practical knowledge which no one would be able to explain to you in a classroom or through a textbook.
