As you are interested in Acting I would like to say that acting is a very challenging profession and requires a lot of talent and hard work. Few qualities that a good actor should posses are, A photogenic Face, good looks, good height, attractive voice, an appealing attitude etc.
I would first suggest you to get a portfolio done and submit it in various AD agencies, Fashion houses, Studios etc. as directly entering the film industry is quite difficult.

In India, there are rarely any institutes to offers a 'MS' degree as mostly one would get this course in the western countries. In India, you will see M.Sc as the equivalent degree to a MS course.
Other than the two mentioned courses, you can opt for the M.tech degree which the most suited course as far your qualification is concerned.
There are many institutes in India offering both M.Sc and M.tech and the admissions take place on the basis of qualifying the entrances as per the requirement of the institute.
