Both the options are good and valued to begin a career in hotel Industry but then it is always advised to pursue a degree course instead of a diploma and STEP course offered by OCLD is not a degree course. Hence you can opt for the course offered by IHM Pusa,and the admissions to this institute takes place on the basis of qualifying NCHMCT JEE.
