With 15 years of education UK would be the best study destination for you to pursue MBA.
Please remember in order to pursue MBA form good and top ranked universities, you need to have at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation, secondly to pursue MBA you need to take either TOEFL or IELTS, and GMAT exam.
As you are pursuing BBM , it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years after completion of your graduation and then apply for MBA, how ever if you wish to continue with your studies, you can pursue Msc in management.
The course curriculum of Msc in management, is almost similar to MBA, the only difference is, MBA is more of a practical oriented course and Msc in management. is more of a theoretical course.
