Hi Soni, UPSC conducts civil services examination every year in the month of May and June and its main exam is in the month of December. The notification for this exam comes out in the month of January end.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1)A candidate should have a degree of graduation in any field from any recognized university.
2)A candidate in his final year is also eligible for the civil services exam. (IPS, IFS, IAS)
3)A candidate's age must be between 21 to 30 years. 3 and 5 years of relaxation for OBC and SC/ST respectively.

As rightly mentioned by Priya you need to have Math in +2 and a graduation degree , but yes the admission criteria may vary from University to University. Some Institutes may only take students with a BCA degree, so you need to check the requirements of the specific Institute which you are planning to enroll with.
