as your son has given 10th exam I will first advise you that though he is aiming for a career in music please make sure that he completes his education graduation, post graduation and then take music as a full time career. It is not necessary that he learns music from a private institute. In music there are different forms, different instruments. Hence what I will suggest that search for an expert in your neighborhood who teaches some thing related to music. Take advise from him. Also there are so many talent search competitions going on at school level, city level, national level. Encourage your son to take participate in cultural programs in his school, area and other places. I wish your son a happy 2012 and a gr8 career ahead. !!!!!
