Getting a better quality of education.
Improves career opportunities.
Broaden international experience.
Gaining exposure to different cultures.
Please remember since pursuing education abroad involves a huge investment of time and money, so a proper research should be done to select the best universities offering course of your interest.
You should not simply pursue education abroad just for the sake of going abroad, because not all the universities abroad are good.

Before starting career in software industry i would like to ask u r u very much confidant on any of the programming language. Can u independently handle any language? If ur ans comes yes then only think for software development line or testing line. Every line is good only depends upon u how much depth knowledge u have. As far as salary is concerned It depends upon u how tactfully and technically u have cleared ur interview not upon the degree or certificate u have with u. If ur ans goes to no for programming then some other line as well for ur career. Being a Electronic engineer u can choose embedded system line as well for this u must have sound knowledge of C, C++ and JAVA (complete). If u want u can make plan in Networking line as well. Network Admin, Security Admin, System Admin for this u must have to opt RHCE+CCNA+MCITP+RHCVA & RHCSS as well. To pursue MBA or Msc form universities in Canada you need to have 16 years of education, how ever there is no need to loose hope, with 15 years of education UK, is the best study destination, the duration of masters course in UK is 1 year, there are many good universities in UK which offers MBA and Msc degree.
How ever if you wish to pursue MBA, it would be advisable for you to work for some years after graduation, as all the good universities in UK requires at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation admission in their MBA program.
In order to pursue Masters in UK, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Universities in UK, have 2 admission intake in a year, namely:
Fall (August) intake.
Spring (January) intake.
Average fees at UK universities is around 15,000 pounds per-year, the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.

Admission to this course is done through a Centralized Admission Process (CAP) conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) every year.
The process starts in January and is basically a three tier selection process of
· Common Entrance Test (MH-CET)
· Group Discussion (GD)
· Personal Interview (PI)
CET is a multiple-choice objective test evaluating the aptitude of the student in various areas like verbal ability, quantitative aptitude, logic, visual reasoning, reading comprehension and data interpretation.
Test is followed by a GD and PI round which carry a significant weightage in the entire selection process.

You are right in canada you need to have 16 years of education to get admission in Masters course. also a good 2-3 years of work experience is required. Also masters in Canada is Researched based. there are a few universities which do offer masters to students with 3 years of bachellors and no work experience. Like VIU, vancouver Island University. they have a 14 month dual MBA. MBA+MIB. MBA degree you will be getting form VIU and MIB from UK university Hertfordshire.
Now there is a little catch in there. not that the uiversities are not accredited, its just that the jobs which students get after doing a MBA without work experince. the employers are not that keen to hire them and most of the time they end up doing jobs equivalent to after post graduate diploma.not that post graduate diplomas are less valued. they are highly in Demand in canada among the employers. Its just when you complete your masters you do want to get work accordingly. but every country has a scenerio when it comes to education. In canada MBA is valued much when you have around 4-5 years of work experience. Also in canada you will find that they have multiple of Diplomas advance diploma. and they opt for masters around 30-35 years of age. Mial me you CV.

I would say to follow the 7 easy steps in order to crack the examination in one go:-
*Clear your basic Maths Concepts
*Work on your vocabulary
*Develop the habit of reading
*Reasoning skills can be improved by solving puzzles
*Practice a lot
*Once you know your strengths and weaknesses, go for some full-length tests. Observe how you improve your score with each passing test.
*Revise
As far as the online material is concerned, model question papers of the preceding years and other study material is available on the internet. Even the official website for AIIMA has it.
You can refer Quant Aptitude by Tata Magraw Hill, Competitive Examinations Tips, Techniques, And Short-cut Methods by Guha Abhijit, R.S. Agarawal books on verbal reasoning or Business English and Communication by Clark or Days to a More Powerful Vocabulary by Wilfred Funk and Norman Lewis.
Apart from books, also spend time for magazines like Business & Management Chronicle by Chronicle Publications and Competition Success Review or even newspapers would help like The Hindu, Economics Time or The Statesman.
