Without Maths in class XII, M.C.A is not possible. However, I can suggest you-
1. Your PG Diploma in Computer Applications makes you eligible for 2nd year M.C.A through lateral entry and simultaneously you can pursue DOEACC A Level.
2. You can go for Distance M.C.A with I.G.N.O.U as it allows you to clear Maths exam and then proceed with the master program.
