Unfortunately I never heard about MCA (Management)
But if you if you are asking about MBA(IT) and MCA Then. .
First of all choose a field of your interest. .
If you are not good in maths and programming . .then choose MBA . .
and if you can solve maths like an average or good student then do MCA. .
See if you have to get good job then you must have to complete your masters. . MBA is a degree which increase the value of a degree in corporate sector. .(like Btech+MBA or Mtech + MBA or MCA + MBA) . .if you complete your MCA then your degree is more valuable then a student of Btech CS. . And if you will do MCA + MBA no doubt you will get a very good salary. .
In my opinion complete your MCA and then do MBA according to your choice and economic condition. .
you can also complete your MBA from distance after MCA :)
