Hi Jeffin, Under the NZ education system tertiary education providers (Private Institutes or Govt. Institutes) do not need to be affiliated to any university. But I will strongly recommend that you give preference to Govt. owned institutes known as ITPs because you will be assured of high quality education from a highly respected education provider. Dear Naveen,
Yes you are eligible for pursuing IAS as your age is below 30 years . Any degree from UGC recognized university is valid for IAS. Dr.Ambedkar Open University is a UGC and DEC approved University so it makes you eligible for IAS examination .
