Fees Structure for MMM/ MFM/ MIM/ MHRDM Course (2010 onwards) is Rs. 51,595 for the 1st year.
The fee for 2013-2016 batch is expected to be approximately Rs. 55,000/- per annum subject to approval from Shikshan Shulka Samiti. As per the current guidelines of SSS fees of subsequent year (2nd and 3rd year of 2013-2016 batch) shall increase by 7% every year.

Eligibility (For both HRM/BM): Candidate who have completed
Bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration or equivalent in
any discipline from a recognized university from India/abroad are
eligible to apply. Those completing their final examination by June
10, 2013 may also apply
SELECTION CRITERIA
A candidate may apply for a maximum of three programmes. Those who apply for multiple programmes may be called for multiple interviews and/or group discussions. The selection criteria for different programmes may differ depending on the nature of the programme. XAT written test will have multiple components and you need to maximize your performance in each of these components. In its pursuit of academic excellence, XLRI actively encourages the students from diverse backgrounds. While preparing the short-listed candidates for the interview, in addition to XAT performance, we may factor in academic ability and the relevant work experience. Besides performance in the personal interviews (and/or group discussions) we also consider XAT performance, relevant work experience, academic ability, extra curricular activities etc. while preparing the final list. For candidates who can not be present physically for the XLRI interviews due to their being out of the country, interviews would be carried out in on-line mode via Internet.
XAT 2013 had three sections 'English Language Ability and Logical Reasoning' (EL), 'Quantitative Ability' (QA) and 'Decision Making' (DM).
XAT 2012 CUT-OFF
For Human Resource Management Programme total 1372 applicants have been shortlisted for Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The XAT cut-offs for HRM is - 80 percentile in EL, 80 percentile in DM, 70 percentile in QA and overall 88 percentile.
For Business Management Programme total 955 applicants have been shortlisted for Personal Interview. The XAT cut-offs for BM is - 70 percentile in EL, 80 percentile in DM, 92 percentile in QA and overall 90 percentile.

As I know, IIM is the only Institute that gives weight to all 5 common criteria available. (unless someone decides to give weight to extracurricular activities)
There is no uniform weight given to 4 criteria except CAT score equal to 10%, whereas the CAT is bringing the score 60%.
IIML has not shared the details within several criteria like Janey or IIMS.
How are the conditions ' or ' in nature, a student can get a call if he did miserably in one of the criteria, namely the cat score is relatively low, but students have done very well in schooling and bachelor's degree, scoring over 90% on both the examinations board, which has a good chance of getting called IIML.

The other options at their discretion include becoming a logistics engineer and/or quality analyst.A professional in this field can earn from 3.5 lakhs to as high as 30 lakhs per annum.
