When you pursue your engineering or medical studies from a govt. institution then you are assured with a security. As you have asked for the fee structure, I am listing them below:
For medical:
1. AIIMS, Delhi: Rs. 26000/year
2. Six new AIIMS: Rs. 60000/year
3. State colleges: Rs.4000-15000/year
For engineering:
It may vary from 40000-100000/ year depending upon the colleges.
The above data is for govt. colleges. The fee for private colleges may be higher than this. Yes, you can pursue engineering or medical after class 12th. For that you need to complete your 12th in science stream.
