So as you said, you have a plan of doing MBA in tourism and airport management. It depends on your interest otherwise after BBA there are plenty of specialisations to choose in MBA like HR, marketing, operations, etc., but if you want to really focus on demanding career, you could get MBA in something specific, such as finance, business management or accounting.

Hi,
Yes, most of the institutes accept NIOS students but in accordance with the eligibility criteria. Some of them require JEE Mains score and few private university's own entrance exam score.
But, most of the institutes offering B.tech programme through JEE accept NIOS board students.
So, you need to check the respective university or institute.

It is always better to wait for entrance results of all the exams you wrote and then take a good decision. Suppose if you are getting high scores in those exams, then you will have higher chance of getting admission.

It totally depends on your interest. Both streams have their own scopes. But, I will prefer medical for you because through this you can go for MBBS, BAMS, BDS, AFMC, BHMS and some B.Sc courses also.
