IP University conducts their own entrance exam for MBA seats and hence according to that, you are not eligible to apply until and unless you have not taken that entrance test.
Minimum Eligibility
1. Graduation in any discipline from recognized university
2. At least 50% marks in graduation

Diploma Class 10th pass from a recognised board with minimum 40% marks.
Bachelors Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks.
Post-graduation degree: Bachelors degree from a recognised university with at least 45% marks.

If you want to see their career in Science can go for M.Sc. Because the career options are really great after completing M.Sc.
You can appear in csir net exam to become Junior Research Fellow or an Assistant Professor.
Check Jobs & Career in CSIR here- https://scoop.eduncle.com/csir-recruitment-net-jrf and if you don't want to read & learn Science more then go for MBA.
MBA is a professional course of management & career opportunities are also good in it.
