In summer training u have to apply for any Company or Organization which provides training for particular duration. You have visit personally or apply through internet for the training programme. I'll suggest to visit personally and ask for training. There are many companies/Organisation for EC like BHEL, BEL, BSNL, MTNL, DDK, NTPC, REAL and manny more.
