In the direct entry scheme you will not have to wait to clear 1st Group of IPCC but you will have to directly start your training. The training of 9 months means the training under a Chartered Accountant which will be included in your 3 years articleship training. You will have to get registered with a practicing CA Firm.
And about 8 months course, it is the self study course and it will be counted from the date of your IPCC registration

As manmeet told u recognition is must of every university and on the other hand there is no such type of course which in actual of 4 years and u want to do in 1-2 years.
and also when company gives job there criteria is good college then knowledge and your talent. If u don't study well you will not able to secure your future.
