Some MNC IT companies provide job along with Study (MCA, MS) facility.
But they will pay you less salary.

The basic eligibility criteria is NET .
NET (National Eligibility Test) is really required as an essential criteria for the lectureship .
The UGC (University Grant Commission) has made it compulsory for the recruitment of the lecturer in the various recognized colleges or the universities .
So the candidates who want to become the lecturer has to clear the NET exam first .
The eligibility for the NET exam is a master degree from any of the discipline from a recognized university or college with a minimum of the 55% of the marks .
The NET exam is generally held twice a year one in the month of the June and the other in the month of the December .
The June exam has been over so you can give the December exam .
But the notification of the December exam has not yet been declared yet .
