The relative importance of a diploma, when compared to a degree course is less, so it's better to go for a degree program. You can pursue B.Des after your 12th followed by M.Des. The best colleges for B.Des are UPES SoDs, NID, NIFT etc. Curriculum varies from institute to institute.

Hi Varsha,
Taiwan is one of the few destinations in Asia gaining popularity among international students. National Taiwan University, National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), National Taiwan University of Science and Technology and NTUST are amongst the top universities wherein you can find computer science programmes designed for international students. As per government rules, you must return to your home country after graduation. You may apply to stay in Taiwan after having worked in India/your home country for at least two years.
