By DEP, if you mean Distance Education Programme, there are several institutes in India to offer the same.
As for the eligibility is concerned, the minimum requirement is to be a graduate degree holder from a recognized university and only after which you may opt to apply for the MBA course.

What package one can get after a particular degree programme is very subjective and would differ from person to person. It would largely depend on your own capabilities, performance on the programme and the way you use the knowledge you have earned at the time of job interviews. However, Bachelors in accounting and finance has good scope in banking sector.
One thing which I would like to add here is that this degree though can fetch you a job with a decent package, but you should plan for your higher studies as that would help you in your career growth.
