Hi,
Theoretically speaking, both are similar courses. Proportion of placements vis-a-vis pass out is similar in both branches. However in India core jobs for aeronautical engineering graduates are very less. They changeover to software or do MBA or go abroad. They are not employable on main of civil aircraft since it requires DGCA license. I would therefore rec mechanical engineering as compared with aeronautical engineering.

Hi Wasim Akram,
For job possibilities and to know, if your degree is in demand or not you should refer to the immigration website. It has a list of skilled occupations in demand. You may not find international business management specifically but relevant jobs will be found. In this era of globalization having a professional qualification in handling international business and having international exposure is definitely going to pay you in a good way. Just make sure you get into a reputed college.

Hi Teju, Your question is incomplete. On what basis do I tell you if you can study or not in USA? Well, in an overview yes you can but you have to apply for the Masters and a new study permit after you complete your B.Com. Also to study your Masters you have to take the GRE. First, plan for your B.Com. Take the SAT or ACT and apply. Think about your Master's later.
