Hi,
Designing is also about a plan, a drawing produced to showcase the look of a particular thing. So in order to pursue designing as a career it's important for you to keep in mind that you must have proper drawing skills, sketching or colouring. If you are really passionate about this career then it's important for you to create these skills in yourself. I would also suggest you to practice sketching because that's the base of everything related to design or you can join some art classes to improve your hand in drawing. I hope you are satisfied with my answers I are able to improve your drawing skills.
