Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Eligibility Criteria : 10+2 with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics & also 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination or 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subjects with 50% aggregate marks and subject to an aptitude test in Architecture NATA qualified) or must have obtained 40% pass marks in each subject of the JEE Part-02 exam and its course if of 5 years

BBA launches you headfirst into a professional career after class 12; its much more skill specific than a B. Com. If you are very sure that your aptitude matches to the management study only, your only goal is to get into management career, then BBA would be the best choice for you.
If youre good at crunching numbers or want anything to do in the fields of formal finance like CA, then a B.Com degree should be your clear first choice. Though you can pursue an MBA after B.Com, a managerial MBA is better backed up by a BBA background, especially if further supplemented by solid post-undergraduate work experience.
A step further, there are many good universities offering dual/ integrated degrees like BBA-MBA, B.Com-M.Com, B.Com-MBA etc too.

Admission and eligibility criteria:
If you are interested for admission in bachelor courses, you have to complete higher secondary examination with physics, chemistry and biology. The duration of this course is three years. Some colleges also conduct an aptitude test for admission in B.Sc genetics degree course.
To get admissions in master courses, you must have done a Bachelor's degree in the relevant field from any recognized college or university. Some institutions also give admission in genetic courses on the basis of the merit list of the qualifying examination.
