Thanx @aru. Alpesh, there are no specializations as mentioned by you. M.Tech. specializations in ECE are Digital communication, Microwave & antenna, VLSI, Integrated system engineering, embedded system design, Satellite communication etc. Each university has their own designed credit courses in which they offer various subjects. Hardware design, software lab, mathematics etc are included as credit subjects. Any specialization is good, if taught properly in a good institute. Based on M.Tech specialization, no job is offered. Therefore, you should select a specialization where your aptitude lies.
