Many students at IIT have taken a drop. It's nothing uncommon, and is very normal.
I, myself, have taken a drop of one year to prepare for JEE and I too had faced this same dilemma few years back.

Choose BCA. This course has a large scope across all over. I am currently pursuing IT engineering. Those guys have better knowledge than us. Also, in their course it is compulsory to have to do 6 months internship in MCA. If this is not for you then go for management courses like BBA.
Thanks.
Thanks.

But if you have a good score and talent, you can prefer aerospace, robotics, CSE or bio engineering. In these branches, you will get high salary.
