download Vocals from different foreign institutes site. hear them and write it down in a piece of paper.go stand in front of mirror read them first.try to be loud.then next step try to follow the style the person speaks(that downloaded vocal).
when you succeed,group your friends try to talk in english(communicate).give a speech infront of your family members.keep it as a routine to always speak in english never feel akward to do dont feel shy.have the courage you can do it :)

To become a successful news reader, you need not require to have just good English, you can take up Hindi or a regional language and work with the relevant news organization accordingly.
Also to enter this industry, mostly students with a degree in Journalism / Mass Communication are most preferred. As you are already done with your bachelors, you may try to get some diploma/ short term courses in this field or try to gain a Masters level course in this field.
