Hello Chetan,
Yes, you can do engineering after completing B.Sc. You have to take the entrance exams conducted for admission in engineering colleges. The questions are based on class 12th syllabus.
Some universities provide relaxation of one year after B.Sc, so you can get admission in the 2nd year of B.Tech after completing B.Sc, but I think you can opt for MBA courses instead of doing engineering in CSE again, but it is your wish and it is possible too.

Dear,
The syllabus of BBA in DU and GGSIPU is not same, but yes, it is nearly same. You can apply to both the universities. But the value of BBA is more if you do it from DU as compare to GGSIPU. GGSIPU is also a well known and good university but DU is the 1st priority and the admission criteria is also a little hard in DU.
