I have been to COMEDK counselling last year and I had a rank of 900. I can tell you about the first round and you can roughly estimate for further rounds. So yes, in first round you should have an under 1500 rank for Ramaiah CSE because CSE is a good branch. I had taken RVCE electronics in the first round as I didn't sit for the second round.

If you plan to enroll in the September 2018 intake, your application must be submitted by 2017, check the deadlines on the university websites. However, you cannot apply without your final year grades. I will, therefore, advice you to check with the universities firstly about the specific rules. Also, check for the 3-year degree acceptance by the universities. Options will be limited. Keep checking other countries too.
