When looking for a university, I knew I wanted to study in a programme that focused on cloud computing and systems operations (SysOps). When it comes to making purchases, I am quite fussy. In my opinion, NIIT is the best because of t

Hi Anchal,
Rather than an option, your focus should be on your interest apart from civil services. Try to focus on the areas/subjects which you have an interest in and that will pave way for your career goal. Though some of the popular options are:
B.Sc from any good university, and later on go for specialization courses
BBA/BBM and later on MBA
B.A. courses can also be helpful, as a lot of syllabus of civil services exam would be covered in your graduation years. Plus, later on, you can go for NET/JRF exams for professorship positions.

Nowadays, people are switching from B.Tech to management and commerce. It has good opportunities but be ready to face the new subject. And it's always good to listen to your heart than listening to others. Parents may suggest different courses and fields because of concern. M.Tech is a great career if you get into good colleges. Same with MBA. Anyway go through both the course syllabus and details. Then decide considering the job opportunities and importantly your capabilities and interests
Good luck.

Don't worry. There is nothing and everything to worry in this world. I think you are interested in engineering, so I will suggest you to do B.Tech in any one of the branches: CSE, IT, ECE, ME, Petroleum, Aerospace Engineering. If you give me your class 12th marks, I can suggest you best engineering colleges in India. But now a days CSE, IT, ECE are best.

Hello Adarsh,
EEE- electrical and electronics engineering
CSE - Computer science engineering.
In EEE, you will be studying about electrical and electronic devices that are in use and the basics of those. So primarily, if you are strong in physics and mathematics then you can get through it easily. A little of chemistry will also be included.
In CSE, as the name implies you will be studying all about computers right from programming to web designing. However, a little of maths will be involved.
In all the engineering branches for the first 2 semesters, you will be studying physics ,chemistry and mathematics.
