** After Diploma in engineering you may join lateral B.Tech course in which you can directly enter into the second year.
** List of lateral entry colleges :
-Indian Institute of Technology
-Janeta Subash Institute of Technology
-Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology
-Uttaranchal Institute of Technology
-IIMT College of Engineering
-Institution of Electronics and Telecom Engineers
-HMR Institute of Technology and Management

** Lateral entry rules differ from one university to another so I would suggest you to directly contact the university officials for specific eligibility and entrance crite
