With 15 years of education UK would be the best study destination for you, as universities in Canada requires 16 years of education for admission in their MBA program.
Every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue MBA from universities in UK, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
