Lateral entry programs are designed to encourage diploma holder in engineering or B.Sc grads to seek admission in engineering. Therefore, I do not think, it is feasible to change from private university to other university by lateral entry program.

There is no medical conditions specified for doing Aeronautical Engineering in universities . However, if you want to join Indian Air Force after AE then you will be required to meet IAF medical standards & norms.

Do not worry. Ask yourself a question, with such low marks in JEE Mains, is it worth going for engineering? I would advise you to look for commerce or humanities and then go for MBA or specialised PG diploma.

Well.generally every college has their own specific exam requirement.but there are two accepted tests.one is the gre.and the other is the GMAT.a few school accepts both gre and GMAT.while a few dont.it is best to go through the college website once and make sure which is required.
