It depends, if you pursue it from Stanford or Harvard, then value is definitely good. But, when we talk about India, then MBA from here is also valued, because the top universities like Amity universities, SRM etc. have very good, industry focused curriculum and placements.

Depends on which branch you are opting for. For Marine Engineering and other such related courses, I would suggest SOE, but for Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Production, Electrical and other circuit branches, TKM is the best. TKM is much better than SOE in terms of academics, placements and most importantly the college life!
