I could not find any institute that offers a coaching on U.G.C NET in Kolkata. However, I can suggest you to opt for self study with the right books. Also you may Google search for online tutorial and practice papers.

Please remember, the history of backlogs will not affect your chances of getting a student VISA, however please remember by the time you apply for VISA all your backlogs must be cleared, also please make sure that while applying for VISA all your financial and academic documents are completed and are as per the order required by the VISA officials.
