Hi,
Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
- Getting a better quality of education.
- Improves career opportunities.
- Broaden international experience.
- Gaining exposure to different cultures.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in US, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.

as a working professional if you have more than 3-5 years of experience you can opt for one year executive MBA or you can do normal two years MBA.as there are many universities available in india like ICFAI,SMUDE,PTUDE,IGNOU.etc.and make sure enquiry about contact classes available for perticular universities and then pursue.because classes are very important.as you will gain better percentage because of classes.Apart from above universitities iam sure ICFAI university provide classes facility.and ther is IT specialisation availablr in MBA.all the best.

Between the two options given by you, I wold suggest B.Tech as it opens up more avenues in the career as compared to BCA. After B.tech you also have more options in higher studies. If you can do B.Tech in CS then it would give you the knowledge of BCA also to a considerable extent.
