Its a difficult decision to take. However, you can research more about both of these courses.
There are many points of differences between a part-time & a full-time MBA course in India. One of the most prominent difference is that a part time MBA lacks the most important learning curve an aspirant desires - class room discussions. Also, a full-time MBA is more challenging with gruelling presentations on a regular basis apart from the classroom sessions.
Yet, both of these courses stand for themselves in their own way.
All the best.

Unfortunately, its not possible to predict, even giving approx value is not possible:
1) Depends upon The way normalisation goes.
2) It varies for different NIT's.
3) Depends upon 'home state' or 'other state'.
4) The official cutoff for participating in counselling is pretty low, and that never assures your chances, All depends on "counselling" process.
All the best.

The subject which you like most except biology, go through that subject and focus on that subject. After that you will get many opportunities, but as you are a class 12th student, so you can't ignore biology.
Best of luck.

You might be able to get into few good universities under certain conditions with an IELTS score of 5, if your profile is too good. But remember, VISA will definitely be rejected as they ask for a minimum of 6 in IELTS. Also as per the new regulations, if you get a conditional admit due to English proficiency then the program of study in your i20 will be mentioned as English course rather than computer science, which might affect you while availing the loan.
I would suggest you to retake IELTS and score 6.5 and above with no band less than 6.
All the best!
