Monica, Anna University is in adyar opposite to IIT madras,
there is no entrance test , only ur plus two board marks are needed. any decent dress not distracting the attention of fellow students and other and not letting down the dignity earned in the state and keep up parents respect u can wear nice chudidar or salwar and long top. dont worry about dress- its the quality of education that should matter. all d best

Hi Monica.
Anna University is in Chennai and it happens to be the capital of Tamil Nadu. There is no dress code. Look at the university website for the entrance exam and other details. Once you have completed from Anna University you happen to have the best studies.

In order to apply for the masters program in electrical engineering at this university, you must fulfill the following requirements:
