I prefer you learn AUTOCAD, 3D and other courses related to civil engineering during the time of graduation. This shall help you a secure a job faster and easier. If you want to learn higher you can go for M.Tech or M.S , Interior Designing.

No you cannot do correspondence in MHA hospital management.
It is a full time course. They do not offer correspondence in the college.

If you want to get into Post Graduate Diploma Courses in XIC you have to sit for the institute's Written Entrance Test and Interview, which takes place in the month of June, before admission is finalized.

This year the entrance for Xaviers institute of communication was conducted in May and as per my knowledge it will be conducted in the same month next year. You need to fill the online registration form and while doing so you need to choose your centre for examination. Now for your preparation i would suggest you to start reading newspapers and good books on General Awareness such as Manorama Year book etc. also try and memorize the Punch lines and brand Ambassadors of various Advertisements. Rest I would say the paper is easy and you can clear it and get selected for the interview.

I'm not sure JNTU runs MSIT.confirm it on its website, well the admission procedure is:
Graduate with atleast 60% can fill an application form available in the institute or you can also apply online for registration at its website www.jntu.ac.in for the entrance exam taken by the institute. Follow all the instructions mentioned in the application form and post it at the address mentioned.
