Hi,
Now a days almost all the banks offer education loan to students, to pursue their education in India or Abroad.
The banks offer maximum loan of Rs 10 Lac for education in India and Rs 20 Lac for education abroad.
The repayment period vary from 5-7 years.
The bank do not ask for any collateral security up to the amount of Rs4 lac, but if the amount exceeds Rs 4 lac then the bank will ask for collateral security.
The repayment of the loan amount starts after 6 months of completion of course or after 6 months of getting job, which ever is earlier.
I hope this answers your query.

Your TOEFL scores is a little low for UCB. Try taking it again. It is a highly competitive school and hence your essay and application should be strong. It also depends on your undergrad grades.

dear manish,
Aspirants who have done their BCA, BBA or B.Tech can apply for the MCA course. Students who have finished their graduation in science can also apply & These students must have studied Mathematics as a subject in class 10+2. There is no age limit regarding the admission to this course.
if u wer not having maths in +2 its ok as u wer a BCA student u can appear for an entrance.
hope i cleared some ur doubt, all da very best.
