You should try for the institutes under Educomp as they generally give a lot of importance to extra curricular activities.
Let me just add that I know this is true because I am myself pursuing an MBA from one of their institutes and I have to say that so far, I have had a very good learning experience.
I hope this helps.

Astha Aggarwal.

Yes, it is quite true. MAPS has a designated placement cell which is headed by people like R. Jayaraman, who is an MBA from IIM-A with plenty of years of leadership and Anuj Ahuja, who is from IIM-B and has been a visiting faculty to top business schools in Delhi. And the best thing is that they provide placement assurance to students from various companies, http://www.maps.edu.in/MapsPlacement.aspx
Just to let you know, I am myself a current student at MAPS and have had a very enriching experience so far. So, if there is anything else that you would like to know, please don't hesitate to ask.

Astha Aggarwal.

Applying to the Jre Group is very simple. Since its affilitted to AICTE, you are bound to atleast secure 50% graduation percentage along with a valid CAT/MAT/XAT score which is accepted in case applying for PGDM
Following which you would be asked to come for GD/PI and based on all the metrics like X,XII, graduation %, MAT score, Gd/PI score and extracurricular will the admission and scholarship be decided.
For the BTech Course, you need to take AIEEE, UPTU exams to qualify for admissions of this institute.
So even if you have a low CAT/AIEEE score, but if you have done well in other fields like debating, sports etc you stand a good
