Eligibility:
Candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field of engineering to pursue this program.
Admission Procedure:
Postgraduate admissions in the College of Engineering are held on the basis of score obtained in the General Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) examination.
As eligibility criteria and admission procedure may vary in different institutes as each institute have their own admission procedure and policies. It is advisable to visit the official website to get the exact details.

Liable or eligible?
Eligibility depends on which institute you want to join and weak study has nothing to do with your success in future course or job if you are passionate.
Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) invites admissions to its PG Degree programme in Cosmetology, run in collaboration with Anoo's International Beauty School (AIBS), Hyderabad
Duration: 2 years, 4 semesters.
Eligibility:
Graduates from any stream can apply.
Course is open to both men and women
How to apply: Application can be collected form Anoo's International Beauty School (AIBS), Hyderabad by paying Rs.500/-.
Above is a private institute. IF you are looking for job after this course from a low ranked institute, I am not sure you will get it. JNTU is a reputed university so you may opt it.
Except JNTU there is not any reputed university offering this course.
