I would say that while deciding on the stream in which you want to pursue your career please keep in mind your own interests and career aspirations. However, if you are not interested in engineering what kind of technical courses can then interest you as every technical course will have engineering or science involved in it.
Keeping in mind your interest in Math & Physics, the options available for you in physics could be Astronomy and Astrophysics, Material Science, Laser Physics/Electronics, Nuclear Physics, Computational Physics etc. for Math you can look at CA, CS, CFA, MFA, MF, MBA and other Finance related degrees.
