Hi Faizan,
MAT and CAT are basically considered for MBA admissions, so if you want to pursue MBA in media Management then you can get admission by giving the entrance depending upon the course and the institute whether it comes under CAT or MAT. If you really want to take admission in any Media college, then you need to go through the site of that particular college and check whether they conduct any entrance or not because most of the media institutes conduct their own entrance exams for admission purposes.

etc.

You can do B.Tech through correspondence at any your university of your choice.
In your diploma you must have atleast 50% and above to get admission.
