Hi Shikha,
As CA is really tough nut to crack I would say that if you dont have very strong Mathematical, Financial & logical skills you need to work very hard to clear CA specially the Final Examination. As you are still in 10th I would say that after completion of your 12th there can be more options like B.com pass or honors, CWA, CS & courses related to actuarial sciences etc. For the area you need to work on just check the syllabus of CA for your convenience I am placeing the link below:

Your question is not clear. You first need to get lot of clarity on where you stand in terms of your skill sets. List down your strengths and weakness from the professional perspective, and discuss this, with professionals preferably working in HR, if you have the network. The second option is to visit the website of a Bangalore based company by the name of PROMETRIC which conducts psychometric tests and will guide you on the career which will suit you best.

Hi Vandana,
I would suggest you to send us the complete information about your educational and professional background which will help us to guide you in a right direction.
However, if you are planning to start your career PGDHRM through Symbiosis (distance learning) would be just an addition to your resume but would not be able to give you a great start, but still I would suggest you to start your career rather than going for another correspondence program and after earning few years of work experience plan HR certification or a degree in related areas like Psychology or social anthropology but prefer doing it from a regular full time
