Hi Roshan,
SAP is far different from the usual Software Industry which works towards the developing new software. SAP stands for the System Application Products and caters towards a centralized Data system and performs various activities on the same data.
To pursue SAP there are two modules that would suit as per your prior experience and interests and these are Finance Control, or Banking.
Out of the two FICO would be a better option as there are multiple projects that can be assigned where as banking is a niche module as there are very banking Specific projects like SAP Bank Analyzer or SAP Deposits Management or so.
You can opt from eit

M.Sc IT will open door to opportunities in various field in the IT discipline from Software to Hardware, from IT security to Database.
One can pursue a career in the mentioned fields or can also take up a career in teaching. Being a Master degree holder you can take up UGC NET exam so to practice Lectureship, which is one of the most bright career options available with you.

Hi Abdul,
MBA programmes could be for 18 months or 2 years. Fee structure varies according to the university from Euros 18000 - Euros 36000. GMat scores are necessary for some of the universities like RSM, Tias Nimbas etc which are also on the Ft rankings.

yes, You can pursue MBA in IT but then there would be a few topics difficult to grasp as you do not belong to IT/ Maths field and this may be your weak point.
I would suggest you to opt for a particular institute depending on various aspects like placements, infrastructure, and most importantly the curriculum that shall be covered as this would be the actual deciding factor for you.
Also, to pursue MBA from good institute, one requires to qualify various entrance exams depending on the requirement of the institute like CAT/ MAT/ ATMA/ XAT/ SNAP etc.
