To get admission in Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), candidate needs to pass 10+2 with minimum 50% in Science (Biology, Chemistry and Physics). You are not eligible as you have studied Commerce in 12th.

Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation.
So having a drop of one year will not affect your chances of getting admission in MBA program, however you need to have atleast 50% aggregate marks in graduation.
Besides 50% marks in graduation you also need to have high scores in MAT, CAT etc for admission in MBA program.
Please note that, the final selection in full time MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students. i.e. 50% marks in graduation.
2. Score in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.
5. Other activities like participating in various event like debates, quiz, extra curricular activities, etc.
Now coming to studying abroad then please remember the history of backlogs or getting failed, would not affect your chances of getting admission in universities abroad as long as you fulfil the eligibility criteria for admission however please make sure that by the time you apply for admission you should not any more backlogs and all your pending backlogs a re cleared.
