As per Regulation 51, reproduced in Appendix VI hereto, it is to be noted that diverse types of industrial units, financial institutions and commercial houses are recognized by the Institute for the purpose of this training.
For example, industries may be as diverse as iron and steel, cement, textiles,
cosmetics and newspaper. Fields of banking, financing, insurance, shipping, etc. each having distinct nature and content of operation are also recognized for the purpose of industrial training.
You need to keep certain points while selecting an Article-ship firm.
In your decision making process, you should determine your area of interest, ask about clients/groups you would be working for, evaluate the pros and cons in an objective manner and not in a subjective manner. The decision you take here will affect the direction of your career significantly.

Please let us know in detail about your past academic record for better advice, however if you are 12th pass then in that case pursuing BHM (Bachelor degree in hotel management) would be the best option for you.
While pursuing this course you may opt for specialization in:

- Food and beverage services.
