To study at a German university for Bachelors could be very expensive and time consuming. As such the courses are 4 yrs in duration. Also, Indian class 12 is not considered equivalent with the German class 12 so Indian students are expected to complete a bridging course of 1 to 1.5 yrs before enrolling for B.Tech. Hence it is advisable that you go for Masters instead of Bachelors.
