As per your query it seems that you wish to pursue MS degree from universities in Canada.
So regarding this please remember to apply for MS program you need to complete your graduation first.
Without completing your graduation you cannot apply in Canadian universities as you need to send your graduation transcripts, GRE and TOEFL score to university's admission office for admission, and until and unless you complete your graduation your university cannot issue transcripts.
Please remember application deadlines in Canadian universities for international students are set by the department delivering each program, and these deadlines may be as early as 12 months before the program begins.
So, in order to know the exact application deadline it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall,universities in Canada have 2 admission intake in a year namely:
- Fall(September) intake.
- Spring(January) intake.
In most of the universities the deadline for fall intake is July and for spring intake it is November.
