For admissions, a candidate should have a recognized first degree (Bachelor of Science or Engineering) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics, or other closely related discipline, awarded by an internationally recognized university-level institution. Candidates should have also performed above average in their undergraduate studies.
As for graduation marks is concerned, 60-70 % would do. GRE average 300-320+ and TOEFL 85-90+ is usually preferred.

Hi,
I would agree with Mr. Nikhlesh Mathur that admission is done on the basis of merit and +2 percentage.
Eligibility for the same is
Mathematics, one language and two other subjects listed as academic subjects, in Arts/Commerce/Science and should have secured
Atleast 60 % marks in Mathematics.
Atleast 55% marks in aggregate of four subjects. These subjects include (a) Mathematics (b) one language ? two other subjects listed as academic subjects by respective boards.
The admission would be based on the aggregate of marks scored(+2stage) in the best three academic subjects including Mathematics (not more than one language to be considered)
