I would like to suggest you the 'Christ University-Bangalore' as the first preffered option. Else you can choose Alliance University or the University of Chennai. After completing your Diploma, I feel it's the best that you go for a degree. This is so since there will be continuity of studies. You can do other smaller duration courses after your graduation or even after you have taken up a job.

Yes, you can apply for Indraprastha University for BJMC. You can be from any stream to apply for the said course. There is a general aptitude test, on which the selection criteria is based. You can easily get into the best colleges of IPU if you score up to 1000 rank.
